- How do you activate the "reservation link" for a meeting
- The reservation link is activated by setting the "Meeting Registration Starts:" and "Meeting Registration Deadline" times so that the present "time" is within them.
- How do I make badges from the PDF output?
- The badges are printed in compliance with Avery 5384 labels but there is also a gridline printed to allow one to use a paper cutter on paper stock to manufacturer one's own labels.
- How do I delete a meeting I started but don't want?
- Login. Select the meeting. Select Edit at bottom of page. Select Delete at bottom of edit page.
- When I created the meeting, I was given a lot of text for the bio, It has blank lines it it and I lost all the formatting as it wrapped all text together. What's up?
- Select "Textile" formatting. vTools.Meetings should probably be smarter with Text than we are at present (it is mostly handled as HTML).
- Why can't I import a .vcs file into Lotus Notes 6.5?
- It appears to be a problem with Lotus Notes 6.5. See http://bobklass.blogspot.com/2007/10/out-of-box-sharepoint-and-lotus-notes.html . (Ticket 565 in trac system.)
- Why can I not define a Region/Branch meeting?
- The present system in both security model and organization is built to serve the need of those meetings that Section/Chapter/Affinity Group OUs have. These groups all file L31 reports. There have been requests to serve these other groups. It may be that Meetings is extended to do this or it may be that other tools may be developed.
